Huntsville is about to get a blast of vintage Americana when April Mae & The June Bugs return to town on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at St. Stephens Music Hall. Known for their high-energy mix of jump blues, rockabilly, swing, and rootsy boogie, the trio will take the stage to kick off the ‘Ole Man Presents’ music series, curated by veteran musician and celebrated Muscle Shoals artist Russell Gulley.
With a legacy steeped in the iconic sounds of the Shoals, Gulley has contributed to the region’s rich musical history through his work as a songwriter, producer, and performer.
